Life with Emilia Ann: Ep. 2 - BASICS!

This week's podcast felt like a whirlwind of spiritual concepts. I spent a lot of time discussing the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins and his Map of Consciousness, and how you can use his framework to view the world in a totally different way. The book I'm currently reading called "Whatever Arises, Love That" by Matt Kahn, makes a surprise appearance in act ll, mostly because I can hardly contain my enthusiasm for his writing and unique set of experiences as an empath and spiritual seeker. In all honesty, my inner critic was pretty loud during this podcast, but on second listen, it wasn't nearly as rough as I felt it was as I was speaking. Onward and upward.
